Terms & Conditions
1. For self pick up, please handle the balloons with care. We will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons deflate, burst, tangle after buyers check and collected it from Twinka. (It is normal for balloons to deflates after a few hours due to temperature & atmosphere condition.)
2. For delivery,
- If the balloon burst during delivery, we will be responsible for it. However, we will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons burst after the balloons has securely delivered to the venue. Pictures will be taken as proof by our Team :)
- Upon arriving at delivery location, if customer gave the wrong phone number / did not pick up the phone / wrong address, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes within the delivery time frame you selected. After 15 minutes, if still can’t reach the customer, we will leave at the guard house, lobby or concierge. If the following places are not allowed to drop off, our driver will wait with extra charges. RM5 for every 10 minutes. (Our drivers still have other orders to deliver, please understand!)
- If customer wants to change address when driver is already on the way or has already arrived at location, there will be extra changes base on new location.
3. Any cancellation of order must be informed at least 1 day before, otherwise the credit will be forfeited.
4. Strictly no refund unless out of stock.
