1. For self pick up, please handle the balloons with care. We will not hold any responsibility if the balloons deflate, burst, tangle after buyers check and collect it from Twinka. (It is normal for balloons to deflate after a few hours due to circumstances such as temperature & atmosphere condition.)
2. For delivery,
If the balloons burst during delivery, we will be responsible for it. However, we will not hold any responsibility if the balloons burst after the balloons have securely delivered to the venue. Pictures will be taken as a proof by our Team :)
Our rider will wait up to 15 minutes after passing the selected delivery time. If we are not able to reach the recipient or buyer after 15 minutes, we will place the items nearest to the recipient such as security guard house, lobby and concierge. However, if we are not allowed to do so, our rider will continue to wait with an extra charge of RM5 for every 10 minutes. (Kindly understand that our rider has other delivery orders on hand.)
Tips: Always provide the correct and reachable contact number / Always provide the correct and accurate delivery address and location / Always be alert on the phone call on the delivery day.
If customer would like to change delivery location when our rider is already on the way or has already arrived at the destination, there will have an extra charge based on the new delivery location.
3. Any cancellation of order must be informed at least 1 day before, otherwise the credit will be forfeited.
4. Strictly no refund unless out of stock. However, you may keep the credit with us for your upcoming purchases.
