*Air-filled latex balloons do not float, however, they have the advantage of generally having a longer life than helium-filled balloons. Air-filled balloons can last several days, even weeks, in the right conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. For self pick up, please handle the balloons with care. We will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons deflate, burst, tangle after buyers check and collected it from Twinka. (It is normal for balloons to deflates after a few hours due to temperature & atmosphere condition.)

2. For delivery, in case of balloon burst during delivery, we will be responsible for it. However, we will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons burst after the balloons has securely delivered to the venue. Pictures will be taken as proof by our Team!

3. Any cancellation of order must be informed at least 1 day before, otherwise the credit will be forfeited.

4. Strictly no refund unless out of stock.
